Lexar 控告東芝不公平競爭的一案 , 根據加州商業和專業法律 17200 條 , 將由法院而不是給陪審員裁定。 Lexar 預期法院將在預定 2005 年 4 月 13 日聽證會之後作出對這個控告及其它訴訟後行動的判決。
